About GATC

Skynax is brought to market through a cooperation between Intermec and GATC.

GATC Inc. is a privately held software development company with over a decade of experience in developing software for mobile business and implementing mobile computing solutions for leading
companies in Europe. GATC operates an off-shore research and development center located in
Prague, Czech Republic, a member state of the European Union. This center continues in the tradition
of developing innovative software tools and advanced applications for mobile computing.

In close cooperation with Intermec, GATC designs and develops specialized software that advances
the position of Intermec mobile computing products in the marketplace.

Products, such as Skynax, are the result of the cooperation between GATC and Intermec.
These products are marketed and sold exclusively through Intermec.
