handle thousands of simultaneous handheld computer communication sessions. Each communication session can support both on-line, interactive data exchanges (such as
may be used when querying a central database from a mobile computer) and batch file transfers (such as may be used to download and upload files between mobile computers and back-office servers).

To provide support for the widest range of mobile and back-office business applications the Skynax Server does not impose any limitations on the content, structure and logic used to exchange data within any communication session - between any mobile applications and their server-side host systems.
